**Alliance Overhead Doors: Exceptional Service Once Again**Nothing beats good service, and Alliance Overhead Doors has done it again. I recently called them for repairs because our garage door opener would lift and grind halfway up. Howard answered my call and asked about the issue. After explaining it as best I could, he suggested a few possible problems, such as the spring or a stripped part. We scheduled an appointment, and he mentioned that either he or Jesse would come to look at it.Jesse arrived and was incredibly pleasant and down-to-earth. He explained everything he was doing in detail and even performed some maintenance on my heavy wooden garage door. Like a magician, he fixed the problem efficiently.Additionally, Jesse provided a reasonable quote for replacing my old Genie screw-type garage opener with a chain-type opener. I am considering it once it breaks again.Overall, I'm extremely pleased with their service and even tipped Jesse for his excellent work.
