I wish I could give 100 stars! They’re truly life savers. The roll up door on my warehouse got loose/stuck and wouldn’t lower. It was fully open and I couldn’t go home until it was fixed. After calling multiple businesses and not finding anyone to help we got ahold of Dean at Oshiro’s and he came out to help in under 2 hours. And I called at 5pm! They got the door down very quickly and even straightened out a dent in the bottom of our door. Great people, amazing service. Called them yesterday July 27, 2021. Got a call the next morning that a technician will be stopping by about half an hour. I explained my problem and he started to replace the broken springs and severed cables. He explained everything that was done and what maintenance I should do in the future. Now my garage door goes up and down smoothly and evenly. Great job. Mahalo, Warren
Oshiro RK Door Service is the best! My gate was giving me problems past 2 weeks so I'd called more than a few (6+) gate service companies and, to my disbelief, I could not even get a courtesy return call from any of them. Very frustrating... My neighbor recommended Oshiro and they called me back very promptly and came out and fixed the problem on the first visit. They are the best. I will not call any other gate company from hereon.
