I requested a replacement of the garage door with lock and paint. The door will not close on the 1st requested most of the time, I guess due to the sensor not being aligned on each side. The panels make a lot of noise when the door is opening and closing, they did not install the interior lock, the paint work is bad, you can see gap or white is showing on evey panel I ask for them to leave the extra paint for any touch up, they did not and I was not informed on the day they came to paint. There are gaps on both sides of the door you can see light coming through. I have attempted to scheduled at least 4 time for them to come back out, they no show, say that they called 30 prior when they did not. Canceled appointments. They pull the funds out of my account without my promise or verification that the work was completed. Most recently I have been told they are not coming. I would have to pay for then to come back out. I paid 1500.00 for a installation that is not completed. And will have to get door repair done by a different company, I live in a HOA community that requires completed work. I am not unreasonable I believe that my ask is far they have not completed the work to my satisfaction. My expectation is that I recive the same quality or better door than was originally installed. I will need to hire someone else to do it
Price is good, service is ok until job is done. For a quality work that lasts, I do not recommend.The cable broke 1 year later, and one of the springs broke 2 years in. When I called them about their 5 year warranty, they gave me run around.
Horrible experience with these people, they installed my garage incorrectly, which caused it to break within a year. After alerting them of the broken garage, its taken months to get a single panel replaced. Calling multiple times and speaking with a the coordinator, the manager finally called and was extremely disrespectful, rude, and not knowledgeable about anything that had taken place within the last 3 months while I called to get my garage door fixed. The other low reviews are correct, as well. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else. This business is incompetent and I will be reporting this to the BBB.
Only Garage repair company I will use for the future. They were flexible with time for me, worked quickly and could not have come out better.I fully recommend them
