Hello, I was about to head out for work and pushed the garage opener and it didn’t work. I called early Thursday morning and scheduled an early appointment. I received a text confirmation regarding the appointment and shortly after that I received a text saying Marcos, the technician was on the way and I was given the option to track his route.He showed up within 30 minutes of me getting the initial text. Marcos immediately saw the issue and went to work. I ended up having to get a new garage door opener installed, but he did an amazing job his work, professionalism and the amount of time it took was great! It took approximately an hour and a half to complete the job. The new unit is extremely nice and exceptionally quiet!!! If you have garage door issues give them a call!!!
