Spectrum Overhead Door

Great company. Excellent experience from scheduling to end of the job. David, the technician came on time, was very professional. He explained the process up front and gave me an option of either repairing the door at that time or Just getting a quote for a second opinion if I wanted to. I decided to go ahead and get the door repaired. He did an excellent job. I recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

Had a spring break on one my garage doors. Called them that morning and had service same day. It was a dual spring set up on an 18 foot door. I have 2 garages with 18 foot doors that were 19 years old so decided to replace all 4 springs. David was excellent...has been doing it for 17 years. Knew immediately what size spring it was ( had them on his truck ) and quoted me on the spot. Just 90 minutes later, had new springs, lubricated door ( which made it much quieter )...and he was on his way. I added the nylon rollers myself which made it even quieter.

Chris was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and replaced our commercial gate chain very quickly. We had called multiple companies before, and all of them tried to over-charge and charge additional after-hours fees Chris, however, was available same day. He called me 30 minutes before arriving, and even though their receptionist gave me a 2–4 time slot, he showed up in plenty of time. He was friendly, patient, and efficient, and he had the gate working perfectly in no time. Five stars all the way! Highly recommend. ?????
