Coast Overhead Door & Electric did an amazing job. My house is older so a little more work had to go into getting it installed, now my aging dad can open the door on his own again. I recommend this crew to anyone looking for a fair price and quality job. Anthony also installed/replaced several electrical outlets around the inside and outside of my house. Since his team has replaced them we haven't had any of the circuits pop.
Coast Overhead Door & Electric installed 3 garage doors a few weeks ago that I purchased from Home Depot. The middle garage door hinge is scraping the metal of the track and shearing the metal from the track. I called Coast Overhead Door today and spoke with an employee about the issue. He replied that he could not talk to me. I asked why. He repeated he could not talk to me. I again asked why not. He replied that he was going to hang up, and then he proceeded to hang up on me. There you have it! I'm not a garage door expert but I'm pretty sure the metal pieces are not supposed to grate together on opening and cause metal shards to form on the edge of the track. The employee didn't seem interested at all in helping me or providing even a modicum of customer service. I decided to share my experience on this platform and was threatened with LIBEL! Well this is AMERICA, not CHINA, not RUSSIA, not IRAN, and we have the 1st AMENDMENT! My advice to this business is to examine their approach to customer service as well as installation technique as both appear to be deficient in my OPINION. So my OPINION is that I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. It appears that I am not the only person who feels this way. Perhaps the business will get their 'lawyer' to file a class action libel suit against all the unhappy customers. What a joke.
