I was surprised that i only needed one of the two springs that I had ordered initially stupidly thinking we could do it on our own! Thankful that i could figure that out for rm! They also replaced the gear that had stripped out, too! It was a 2001 craftsman lift.

Recently I contacted a few garage door companies and my experience was 2 never got back with me and Access was quick to respond and answer my questions. The lady at the office was very helpful and knowledgeable about there products. I set up an onsite appointment with her and the next day the guy came , gave me a quote, explained how everything would take place in the process. They special ordered my door ( kept me updated on the process) and came and installed it in a timely manner. The installation guys were very knowledgeable, professional, nice and installed my door with ease. This type of customer service is hard to find in today’s market. HIGHLY recommend these people and their products, services. TOP NOTCH
