We had problems with my garage door opener and we called another company, unfortunately they said we needed another unit. My husband remembered we called Access garage doors before and we called them again, this time CHASE came and he was extremely friendly and professional, he fixed it and now runs smoothly again. Your attendant was knowledgeable and made an effort to lower the door, but it would not lower any further to prevent the bottom crack. He recommended a rubber strip to go along. I wish we take care of the problem. He did service the door, hinges and spring excellent service.
They were able to come first thing Monday morning after my door broke Sunday night. Andrew was very knowledgeable and got it fixed quickly. Also provided good information on maintenance and preventative care. Awesome job.
If I could rate A.O.D. 10 stars I would!!! Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Support bar broke in my garage last night. Unsure of who to call, I asked around and was referred to other companies. Called several and left web inquiries with no response. Eventually did a Google search and chose a company with great reviews. Well, others not calling back was a blessing, because American Overhead is the gold standard for customer service and professionalism. Literally 3 mins after submitting online request someone called. Said a tech was available and would call soon. 10 mins later he actually called and was on the way! Less than 90 mins from Google to service completion. Plus, tech Ryan was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by not only fixing original problem, but also doing a basic inspection and service to make sure everything else was in good working order! As a new homeowner, maintenance makes me nervous lol, but this was extraordinary! Thank you for making it so easy. I'll definitely recommend.
