Joel came out to our house and was a nice guy and seemed to know what he was talking about. Said he would order the parts we needed and would get back to us. Then totally just ghosted us. I have called more than 10 times and sent well over 10 texts messages to him and he never once wrote back to apologize or even say he was waiting on the order. It's been over a month now and he still hasn't reached out. STAY AWAY from this company.
Joel English replaced the garage door for my mother. Door was not aligned with the top of garage door panels. Tried calling for a receipt saying balance paid in full. No returned calls,texts or emails. Would not recommend service.
Our garage door broke and I called the Garage Door Guys at 4PM. They said they should be able to come the same day and would call me back in an hour to let me know. They called back and were there within the hour. Great service and great communication! Will definitely call them again if needed and will recommend them as well. Great job guys!
We tried replacing the torsion spring ourselves. Not a wise idea! A lot of aggravation and sweat. Called a few garage door repair services and E & S Garage Door Repair were the first ones to respond. Joel and Jordan were here at the house within 30 minutes. Super nice guys! They scoped out our DIY job and corrected our workmanship. They aligned and leveled the door and adjusted the travel on the door opener. Their fee is much more reasonable than the bigger guys. We are happy campers. It’s working smooth!
AMAZING!!! Definitely will use him again! My wheel was off the track, so he fixed that and he replace my motor.Unfortunately for me, today was my second visit from Josh! Both times have been random and I needed him to come quick, and he did! He is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I home we don’t have any more mishaps, but if we do I’ll be calling him!
