Jason was very kind when contacting him. He came to my home and discussed the dangers and risks of having the old garage door and springs from the 1950's. The bottom of the door was rotting as well. He was not pushy nor did he apply any pressure to purchase a new system from him. His professionalism and demeanor was genuine. He quoted a fair price for all the work needed to be done for a whole new install. One week later, Roger came and did a complete rail and garage door install.
