I seen the coupon in the valuepak mailer for $69 tune up. Haven't had one in a few years. Called and set up appointment it was same day service. Tech Justin texted me and said in route. Was there in less than 15 minutes. He was polite and professional asked if I had any concerns and addressed them. Made the appropriate adjustments. Tested and observed the door, opener and rollers in track. Advised on what steps to take in the future. Great experience and will be contacting them in the future when I need maintenance or repairs.

It was a true emergency on a -7° day when my garage door got stuck halfway open the night before, causing the water pipes in my garage to freeze - with no water flowing throughout the house.Every other company quoted a 5-day wait just to take a look at it. He made some suggestions, and I intend to call him back when the weather warms to purchase a completely new system to replace a thirty year-old door and hardware in addition to a twenty year-old opener.Andy did great work in 20 degree weather.
We had an outstanding service call experience today. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He was also very pleasant and professional. Communication was excellent from our first Communication with Ryan, to the service text updates through Andrews completion. Andrew was able to repair our opener so we did not have to purchase a replacement. He did set the expectations up front that we would need to replace if it couldn't be fixed but he was able to fix and reset it. He also went above and beyond inspecting and addressing some other issues and lubricated the hinges. The service call price was well worth it!
