My technician truly went above and beyond. He was absolutely outstanding.

What initially seemed like a simple issue turned out to be surprisingly complex—the garage door opener account was still tied to the previous owner in myQ, which made troubleshooting far more involved than expected. He patiently worked through the problem with me, diagnosed the issue, and stayed with it until everything was fully resolved.

What impressed me most was his responsiveness. He answered right away and helped me fix everything promptly at 7 p.m. in the evening. That level of service is rare.

What a great experience we had with Best Garage Door Repair and Service! Here’s why it was great. We were looking to fix our heavy, outdated, garage door by installing a better motor with battery back-up. Not only did Dmytro do this, but he also discovered that the door was out of balance, and the existing springs were inadequate to properly open and close the door. So he installed new springs that were right for the door and replaced one of the bars that had incurred some damage. At every point in the process, he first asked us for a go-ahead, and clearly explained why he was doing each part of the job. We got new remote openers, new key pad, and clear instructions from Dmytro on how to operate everything and access the phone app. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, informative, and thorough. We heartily recommend Best Garage Door Repair and Service and Dmytro.

Don't waste time and money like I did it finally called best garage door repair and service. Dmytro came out evaluated why my garage door was not opening and did the work right on the spot. He was working with my budget honest and articulated clearly what work needed to be done. had options went with the first one called the next day to have him come out and do option two. His work is excellent he knows what he's doing he was able to get me a whole new motor and every part was replaced and garage door works like new!
