Guy is a straight shooter and a gentleman. Guy came out on a Saturday at 5pm! He fixed our garage, adjust the springs, and made sure everything worked before he left. Finally, he gave us a great deal. This is especially important because we had to get this fixed right away and he could have asked for whatever he wanted but instead he was extremely fair (again) considering it's at 5 on a Saturday. Guys is also shared his honest opinion about our garage and did not up sell. Truly appreciated. The photos show the before. He ended up moving the springs to a better location and fixed it all up.
All I can say is that I wish I knew more homeowners in need of either some repair work on their existing garage door or a new garage door installed! This company has literally been the BEST purchase I have made for my home in the 19 years I have owned it !!! My garage door failed when a spring broke and the door came down on a toolbox I had in the way. The bottom of the door was all messed up and I had to lift the door with a car jack. When I started looking around for a repair company, a local company responded right away. Urban Garage Doors was on the scene immediately and the owner, Guy, was able to explain everything in minutes. We hashed all of the particulars out that day planning on a future install of a new door. The owner took time out of his busy day to come over and repair my broken door so that I was able to use it immediately. I was so impressed I ordered the new door to be installed the next day. The install team came by, a father and son crew (Jesse and Josh) and these guys were in and out within TWO HOURS !!! They replaced everything BRAND NEW and I now have the most beautiful, quiet and powerful garage door in my neighborhood!!! Don’t waste ANY MORE time if you need a door or a repair, you absolutely won’t find a better price or quality of workmanship… ANYWHERE!!!
