I was in a panic mode yesterday bc my garage door wasn't working. I found this company while searching on Google. I called them, the lady gave me an ETA of 2 hours. However, Steve arrived within 40 mins. He diagnosed and fixed the problems immediately with a reasonably price. I can tell he's a pro. He replaced my springs within 20 minutes. When I open up my garage door now, it's sounds so quiet and smooth. Will use them again for sure. I am so thankful i found them first. Highly recommend!

Mike did an excellent job from day 1. He explained the entire process for a full garage door replacement. Was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all the pros and cons for the garage doors and the motors. Didn’t pressure me into any choices but gave his honest input on what he would do. We were able to talk pricing and come to a good agreement. The best part was we had a hiccup with how the garage was installed and Mike and Urgent Garage Doors were very understanding and quickly resolved everything. Highly recommend this company.

The springs on my garage broke. I called them at 7pm and the next day they came out before noon. Mike was the Tech. He called to confirm that he was about 20 mins away. Upon arrival, he was polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair quote. Within 30 mins he was done. Fast, reliable, and fairly priced.
