However, Steve arrived within 40 mins. He diagnosed and fixed the problems immediately with a reasonably price. I can tell he's a pro. He replaced my springs within 20 minutes. I have used Urgent Garage Doors 3-4 times over the last 2 years. When my garage door stopped functioning, Steve was very helpful and came right away. He was able to fix the problem without having to replace the whole garage door.Last week, my mom's garage door broke while she was trying to close it. It got stuck and wouldn't close. Steve came within 2 hours of our call and fixed it that same day so that she could feel safe with her garage door closed that night.On Sunday, I was trying to reconnect my phone to the MyQ system, so I could open the garage door. Somehow, I managed to push the wrong buttons and then the garage door wouldn't respond to any of the remotes or the wall switch. I called Steve on a Sunday afternoon and he responded.
