I was in a panic mode yesterday bc my garage door wasn't working. I found this company while searching on Google. I called them, the lady gave me an ETA of 2 hours. However, Steve arrived within 40 mins. He diagnosed and fixed the problems immediately with a reasonably price. I can tell he's a pro. He replaced my springs within 20 minutes. When I open up my garage door now, it's sounds so quiet and smooth. Will use them again for sure. I am so thankful i found them first. Highly recommend!

He explained all the pros and cons for the garage doors and the motors. Didn’t pressure me into any choices but gave his honest input on what he would do.

We were able to talk pricing and come to a good agreement.

The best part was we had a hiccup with how the garage was installed and Mike and Urgent Garage Doors were very understanding and quickly resolved everything.

Upon arrival, he was polite and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair quote. Within 30 mins he was done. Fast, reliable, and fairly priced.

They were very quick to respond and were able to come out the same day. The technician inspected the door, replaced the broken spring, and made sure everything was balanced and working smoothly before leaving. No pressure, no surprises! just honest, quality work. The door is running like new again. I would absolutely use Urgent Garage Doors again and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

I have used Urgent Garage Doors 3-4 times over the last 2 years. When my garage door stopped functioning, Steve was very helpful and came right away. He was able to fix the problem without having to replace the whole garage door.
Last week, my mom's garage door broke while she was trying to close it. It got stuck and wouldn't close. Steve came within 2 hours of our call and fixed it that same day so that she could feel safe with her garage door closed that night.
On Sunday, I was trying to reconnect my phone to the MyQ system, so I could open the garage door. Somehow, I managed to push the wrong buttons and then the garage door wouldn't respond to any of the remotes or the wall switch. I called Steve on a Sunday afternoon and he responded. He was there less than 24 hours later and fixed the problem.
Steve is very reliable, competent, and reasonable. I highly recommend him if you have any trouble with your garage door.
