First of all, amazing price! It was $29.95 with the trip charge waived for a full-service inspection and alignment/lubrication - I haven't seen this price anywhere. I will definitely be a returning annual customer for this service. It was so easy to book (online), and Keian was so helpful in explaining all the different points plus the upgrades available (why they're important and how much they cost). He also didn't try to push or scare me into buying anything, which I really appreciated. The estimates were emailed to me and will be easy to order for our next service. Also the service was so fast - probably only took 30min from arrival to departure. Seamless process all around and very happy with the noise reduction overall. Thank you, Keian!
The gentleman were very polite and professional. I could tell they knew their craft and the use of their equipment and tools. My cedar garage door is close to 500 lbs, never knew this and when they finished the garage was smooth and quite. Not sure if the price I paid was reasonable or not for the job but it was expensive. However, they did a fabulous job .
