experience with OGD left a lot to be desired. I originally reached out because someone had bumped my garage door. The initial response was quick, and unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. When the technician arrived, he quoted me a repair package of more than $500 before even looking at the door. Once he actually examined it, he realized all that was needed was to re-install a hinge pin that had come loose.When I asked why such a simple fix was priced so high, he explained that the cost included a full preventive maintenance service, lubrication, and other add-ons. He put the pin back in, collected his payment, and left. To his credit, he reduced the price to just under $400, but my door has been slower and squeakier than ever since, which makes me doubt that any maintenance was actually performed.I called the company to express my concerns, and while I understood that I was outside the 30-day warranty, I expected at least some willingness to make things right. Instead, the representative made it clear, though not directly, that they had no interest in addressing the issue. Phrases like “re-lubricate” and “come give you a service for nothing” made it obvious they weren’t taking responsibility.After this experience, I’ve decided not to use their services again. If you’re considering them, I’d recommend looking elsewhere, there are companies that provide better service for far less.

He was very attentive and courtesy and prompt. Did a great job. He puts the customer first and with great satisfaction.
