After a broken garage door spring and a garage door opener struck by lightning we needed help. Mr. Parker came by and replaced the springs so we could manually open the door. His kind receptionist ordered the new opener and he will install it upon its arrival. The quick response to our situation and Mr. Parker’s attention to detail is impressive and much appreciated. One of the tension springs on my double garage door broke on a Thursday evening and I had a car stuck in the garage. Ron came after work hours on Friday to replace the springs.Ron was very kind and did an excellent job replacing the tension springs.Thanks again Ron.

After looking over several reviews from several other garage door places around Jackson, TN, I decided to give Door Hangers a call. I’m glad that I did! They were very accommodating with scheduling an afternoon appointment to come out for an estimate. Later that evening Mr. Ron called us back with the estimate. Before my husband hung up, he told Mr. Ron that he had been sick and Mr. Ron offered to say a prayer for him. That was such a kind gesture! They scheduled our appointment for our install and even gave us a call to move up our appointment because they were able to get to us sooner than expected. I would definitely use their services again.
I called to request service for my garage door, however Door Hanger Inc was booked out a week and a half out. I had plans to go out of town within the week. Miss Debbie said that she would fit me in as soon as possible during the upcoming week. Low and behold, I received a called later the same day that Mr. Ron was able to come out same day to look at my garage door. The price was very very reasonable and the service Mr. Ron provided was excellent!!! Thank you both sooo much for the great service !!!
