A few weeks ago my 19 year old Clopay garage door made a hard noise after the door closed. I was trying to find a part on Amazon or the Home Depot, but it didn’t fit. This morning I called Clopay and I told them that the garage door reinforcement bracket was broken. I was told that I needed a new section of the door, since this particular model has a bracket that fits inside the panel.I called Banko which used to be Duval Overhead Doors. I told them my issue and they said they might carry the panels. I set up an appointment for a free quote on a new garage door. After 5 minutes of ending the call with this sweet and knowledgeable customer care lady my phone rang. I had James on the phone. He was here within 15 minutes from the call. He gave me a quote for a new door, but he also told me they carry the panel I needed. I decided to go the least expensive route and ask for price details. I also called another company while he was here to compare prices. They said they could order the part and it would take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive. I told James I wanted the repairs to be done today if possible. He went to the shop and brought the part in about 20 minutes. My research for brackets, panels and companies was all accomplished today in less than an hour. I used Duval Overhead in the past and now the new name is Banko Overhead Doors and let me tell you that they don’t disappoint you. I was extremely happy with Jame’s work and level of knowledge. He was very polite and there was no rush trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. The door is working like new. Thank you James??
