Robert was absolutely amazing. My garage door was broken very badly pooped off the track, and was stuck preventing us from getting my wife’s car out of garage. He came within just a couple of hours of me initially calling the same day! He was very honest and straightforward about the priceupfront before starting. He updated me throughout the whole process and gave me a lot of information about future maintenance and knowledge of garage doors. I really appreciated it him and will only be using them in the future. Highly recommend.
I contacted them late Saturday for long overdue normal maintenance, just so I wouldn't forget for another year. They scheduled me for that Monday. Robert was on time, explained everything that needed to be completed and what could wait if the expense was a factor. He completed all the required and recommended services quickly. The prices were reasonable and cost savings were provided. The door is much quieter and smoother after he did everything. I will definitely use them again.
Robert Owen handled the replacement of my garage door. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. There was not a door color that matched my house so Robert was kind enough to paint the door for me. You can’t get better customer service than this! A five star company for sure! ????
Like many times we have to call for work done, we often get companies that truly just act like they couldn't care less about us, nor our service, and that they don't need our money.I called around to quite a few companies, who either over priced us intentionally, and one company that came out and then told us the current condition of our garage they would not allow anyone to do the work simply because it was a mess and had ceiling damage, etc. Even after I told them it would all be cleaned up, the other company didn't care.I called around and Hurricane Garage Doors was one of the companies that did respond very quickly. Robert came out the same day and took a look around, gave us a quote on the spot.Unfortunately time had passed as life does and events happen that prevent us from doing anything. It wasn't until over a couple years later that we were able to call back out to get a quote.Well Robert once again came out and took another look over it, and not only did they give us a great deal, but he honored the quote from over 2 years ago!?!?He was so professional and respectful, very friendly with my kids and my wife, always kept in contact with us and I cannot say enough of how much I appreciate his professionalism and respect to my wife and kids. That was just as much as important as the work he was doing.Unfortunately the guy he had working for him called in, but he still came out anyway, worked tirelessly and diligently on our installation, and the new opener they provided is amazing.We decided to go with the Amar Lincoln Garage Door with the suggested LiftMaster 87504 which is by far an extremely amazing Unit.Not only did he come in and look at the damage to our ceiling but he also worked around our damage and still installed the door and new opener.I truly and very highly recommend Hurricane Garage Doors to anyone who needs one installed.
Very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I feel confident he's got it working smooth and balanced again. but I can call if not. update on 7/27/23, one spring broke and called them to get it replaced under 3 year warranty coverage. Oh this covers the spring but not the labor ($39) and will be out in a couple of days. So be aware. Will update my review after the weekend "repair" 2 days from now.
