Door would not close. I called OGD and they schedule for the same day. They sent me a link where I could track the technician's progresson his way to my house. James arrived within a couple hours of my phone call to OGD. He quickly determined the problemand identified some other issues. He explainedthe problem, the addtional issues and provided us with options He corrected the problem quickly and we had ou garage door working vetter and more quietly just several hours afte my call.James was thorough, professinal, knowlegeable, respectful and pesonable. He explained things well and answered our questions. I would not hesitate to call OGD if I encounter garage door problems in the future.
Tim the service tech, fixed my garage door very efficiently. Now I can close it again ,which makes me feel more secure in my home. Especially at night. He was very courteous and explained the issues w/my door. I am very pleased. Tim did a great job!
I'm very satisfied with the repair the tech 'James' did on my garage door. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be done and alternative options. I had a lower price estimate from another company but he didn't seem as competent to handle the job as James was so I didn't mind paying a little more for his expertise. I'm a satisfied customer who is hard to satisfy.
OGD was the only available company for immediate attention. I’ve called them Friday night and immediately made an appointment for the next morning (Saturday). James Dwyer came to the house, he seemed very experienced and was very professional through the entire process. He thoroughly inspected my damaged garage door, and based on the findings, he shared different options for me to choose from to fix my garage door. Great job, timely manner; James even shared some tips on how to maintain your garage door and recommended which products to use. I would recommend this company 100% over any other (OGD was the only company that had a human answering the phone, the others were automated).
Excellent service. Called ODG at 1:30 PM about our inoperative garage door and by 5:00 PM it was repaired by technician James Dwyer. He explained in detail our repair options for the problem and completed the job quickly and professionally. The door now operates smoother and quieter than ever. I am very satisfied with the result.
