Our technician was Luke Stachura and he was top notch and extremely professional and courteous. He called ahead of time to give us a heads up as to when he would be arriving. Once here, he diagnosed the issue with our doors immediately and then provided us with various options to remedy the issues in the most cost efficient manner. This advice was invaluable. We will not hesitate to use Precision again and we will specifically be asking for Luke the next time!
Update: (Rating changed to 5) I called the company again in the morning. A different operator answered my call and requested another technician to come back in the afternoon to replace the bottom rubber. The issue is now fixed. I will definitely use them again in the future.———Feb 2026The company installed the garage door but forgot to include the weather rubber at the bottom panel. The technician, unaware of the missing component, completed the job and requested a full payment. I had a positive experience with them in the past, so I proceeded with the payment.However, when my tenant discovered the missing part and informed the technician, he dismissed it as a ground issue and claimed he couldn’t do anything about it (perhaps because I had already made the payment?).The weather is extremely cold today, and cold air is seeping into the garage. I contacted the company, and they informed me that their door team would need to call me back. I’m currently waiting for their return to rectify the situation.Regrettably, I had already made the full payment, and I hope they will promptly return to fix the issue.
Getting an appointment with Precision was very easy and they communicated with me throughout the process, including sending an appointment reminder and calling when the technician was on his way. My technician Charlie was great. He diagnosed the issue and gave me three options for repair. He explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable. The repair required a new motor and rail installation along with keypad and sensors. Charlie was very efficient and completed the work in about 45 min. He was super professional and courteous. This is my 2nd time using Precision and I am satisfied with the results.
