3rd update: The two-star is now a three star as they came back to install the missing keypad. They called me to schedule a visit on the same day I changed the review saying they were on vacation. My attempts to reach out to them were over a span of a month before I changed the review.They did perform the work as requested, and I believe they are capable, but I can’t give them back a 5 star rating as I didn’t get 5 star service.Updated Review: How a 5-star review became a two-star review.When reviewing my 2025 home improvements, I noted that I was charged for an external keypad. It was never installed. I have made four attempts to contact Guaranteed Garage Door including an email, a phone call and two text messages to Jay which show as delivered. These have been sent over the span of two weeks. There has been no response. I am being ghosted. Granted that a keypad is not a significant item, but I still paid for it and they didn't install it.If they can't make this right, I have to wonder how they would handle a bigger issue like a warranty problem.I am now very disappointed.__________________________________________________Thrilled with guaranteed garage door.
