Tim was on time, VERY thorough with his examination of our troubled door. He explained what he found during inspection in an easy to understand summary. His expertise gave us confidence in his work. Nice guy, friendly and easy to work with. I would call them again and would highly recommend to anyone needing service. The office lady who called was also helpful and friendly. Great job everyone ????

Paul was great with his communication. He offered to come early but didn't push it and didn't show aggravation when I kept the original timeframe. Upon meeting me and my wife he stayed professional and gave great insight on their options in depth. He talked to both of us with knowledge and answered our questions. His transparent and down to earth demeanor is a really great trait that speaks volume of the company. We usually get 2 quotes but he made it feel right and we decided with him so when you know, you know. I recommend Paul 10 stars, and Cody should offer him a paid lunch of his choice. Thanks again Paul!
