I cannot express how grateful I am for the work Kai did on my garage doors. He came to do a basic maintenance but found so many problems with the original installation and maintenance done by other so called professionals that he ended up almost rebuilding one door. He is truly a professional and extremely detailed oriented. His attitude is exemplary and he will not leave a job half done. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Update: Once again I am thrilled to recommend this company and Kai in particular. When I arrived home on Friday evening I shut the garage door only to be startled by a huge explosive sound which was the spring breaking in half with my car trapped inside the garage. Saturday morning Kai arrived in response to my emergency call and within an hour he had a new spring installed, once again having to battle with an old framework. Awesome job. Thank you so much!

Had a great experience with the Kamloops technician when he came to our house to replace a keypad panel and lubricate our garage door wheels. Fair price and was super transparent about what he was doing and gave great suggestions for a follow up service after the winter! Will be using this company again and specifically will be asking for the Kamloops-based tech again
