Thank you for all your help. The salesman, Partique, was on point and great at looking up the best product that I was looking for and even made sure I wasn't throwing away my money while also giving me options. He's my new favorite salesman.
Management might want to ask the staff to lay off the xanax. I've received better customer service from a hole in the ground.
Awesome place to shop. Terrible customer service. Second time now Laura's bad attitude has made me feel uncomfortable. 1st, because she had to look up my receipt for a return, which shouod not be a problem. It basically their job. And today, for not only bringing that up, but trying to make the male gender look and feel bad for buying extra stuff.( that may or may not be needed. She does not deserve a customer job. She needs to be hidden in the back, away from paying customers. Paying customers who keep that business going.Mike MatthewI will be back and I will meet rude attitude with rude attitude next time.
Update: Really appreciate the reply. This store really does care about it's customers.Seems that people like to use their products and then return them to the store, with heavy use and missing parts. Two consecutive transmission jacks were used returns. Its not a store problem, its a moral probem with society. This delays my project.
The staff are fantastic in every way shape and form. The manufacturers supplying products however, are cheap garbage that wont last.Employees need a raise, the product suppliers need to be dropped or improved.Bout a locking hitch that survived 3 locking and unlocking cycles before the key broke inside the chamber.Im mad and my review reflect that. Once again. Its nothing on the employee side. Its the trash products being sold to us Canadians. Corporate needs to do better.
