Garage door springs never break at a good time. I chose Precision based on the positive reviews online. They scheduled my repair for the next day and informed me there was no extra charge for weekend service calls. The technician, London, contacted me and said he could do the repairs 2 hours early if I was available. Prior to his arrival the company sent me a picture of the technician which is a great feature. London arrived, assured me he had everything necessary to complete the repair and got to work. He sent photographs of each stage documenting his progress and complete the work in a timely manner. Two new springs and a bearing later my garage door was working great. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door and highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Scheduled consultation for replacement door. The representative arrived in same week! Ordered said door and hardware, said would be four weeks out…. completed in leas than three!! Answered all my question, gave information regarding warranty, maintenance and use. My review 5 stars! Or 10/10 D. Martin
