Garage door springs never break at a good time. I chose Precision based on the positive reviews online. They scheduled my repair for the next day and informed me there was no extra charge for weekend service calls. The technician, London, contacted me and said he could do the repairs 2 hours early if I was available. Prior to his arrival the company sent me a picture of the technician which is a great feature. London arrived, assured me he had everything necessary to complete the repair and got to work. He sent photographs of each stage documenting his progress and complete the work in a timely manner. Two new springs and a bearing later my garage door was working great. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Precision Garage Door and highly recommend this company.

Great company to work with. Appointments are very easy and quick to make on website. Technician (Dean) arrived on time with a courtesy call before hand. Dean walked me through his inspection with his own recommendations and completed the work quickly and professionally. Great overall experience
My new door looks great. The guy got it installed in a short time. He told me that I need to follow up in 6 months to oil all of the hardware again. For the price we paid. Great customer service would send someone out in 6 mo to make sure everything is working properly and oil the hardware. Then the responsibility would fall on the customer after that.
The before and after speak for themselves, honestly. Luis was fantastic! He called me before he arrived and walked me through everything he did when the job was complete. He was very kind, courteous, and had a great attitude. Darren set up our service wonderfully and it was done in less than 2 weeks.
