Our garage door decided to jump the tracks on the coldest (below zero) day of the year. I managed to get it closed but my wife’s car was trapped. They got it repaired to get her car out and reviewed all my options. ( Didn’t charge me to repair it since I was ordering new doors) Good thing as another repair might have ended up with a garage door on my cars. We have amazing new garage doors that don’t bang and clang and run smooth. Ivan took his time and installed them perfectly.No pressure and great work. Lots of follow-up and communication. Stayed until 7pm to get the job done right!

Ivan came and initially gave me an estimate, letting me know all my options. I appreciated that he didn’t immediately try to sell me on the most expensive option, but instead let me decide what worked best for my budget. I ended up installing two new doors with complete set up and I’m SO glad that I did- they are fantastic! So much quieter than my previous wood doors and the temp is much warmer in my garage than what we were dealing with before they were installed. A couple doors had small imperfections (that I honestly wouldn’t have noticed) so Ivan made sure to order replacements at no cost to me, just to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I appreciated the extra steps taken and will definitely refer Right Way in the future!
