My garage door spring unexpectedly broke on December 23, 2025—an inopportune time right before the holidays. I reached out to several local companies for assistance, but Energy Overdoor was the only one to respond promptly and professionally. After discussing the situation with Marty, we determined it was not an immediate emergency, and given the holiday season, we scheduled the repair for the new year.
In early January 2026, I contacted Marty, who arrived first thing the following day. In an era where reliable and punctual service is increasingly rare in the Okanagan region, his responsiveness stood out. Marty provided exemplary professional service: he efficiently repaired the broken springs, thoroughly inspected the hinges and replaced two that were cracked to prevent future issues, and adjusted a loose guide cable on the left side for optimal functionality. His attention to detail and expertise ensured the job was done right the first time.
Based on this experience, I see no reason to look elsewhere for garage door services. Marty from Energy Overdoor exemplified top-tier professionalism and craftsmanship.
