Appointment setter was awesome and polite. Problem was the contractor didn't show up for the set appointment time even though I stated to him that I have a medical treatment appointment. I waited for almost 3 hours. I had to call him to find out he was going to be late and he set a new later time after I already told him the doctor appointment can't be changed. He was aware I had to leave at a certain time. He showed up after I had left, via saw on camera. He called with an attitude over the phone because I had left to my appointment. His boss called which was no better after I explained and didn't want to accept there continued services. Seems like my project wasn't significant enough for them compared to the one that made them late to the appointment. Principle alone is why I won't use them !
