One customer appreciated being told when to expect the technician and praised the spring-and-cable work as timely; another describes being guided through the process and ending up with a brand-new door. A customer reports waiting almost three hours after a missed appointment, leaving for medical treatment, and later seeing the contractor arrive; they found the contractor's call and the boss's follow-up unsatisfactory.
