Wow couldnt have been more impressed with the Service and Customer service that we received from them. when i called they actually picked up the phone. They gave me an immediate date and was contacted the night prior which was an added bonus as they requested an earlier time. Being both of us work they were on time and the price was as quoted and it freed up our day to keep our work schedules. Very happy with the service provided and it all went as planned. This will be out go to for our Business now as well and the 3 extra doors we have to maintain. Thank you
Initial consultation with Door Doctor's Mathew on new garage door opener to replace 21 year old was informative. ?? Mathew listened to our needs and provided us with a couple of options and cost for both the unit and installation.We had a 84505R LiftMaster belt-drive opener with camera installed a week later. Final cost and product were exactly as stated up front. ??It's been about 2 weeks later and we are pleased with the performance... make that extremely pleased! ??Well done Door Doctor and well done Mathew! ??
When you order a garage door opener shouldn’t you be told before installation you need to buy an extension cord and light bulb because it’s not included in the package or price?I should have been informed of this on the day of inspection and when given the quote.I called the Door doctor later to let them know how disappointed I I was. There response was…if you were to buy a lamp at a store it would not come with a light bulb.How disappointing

After being scammed by Upper level Doors in Kingston, I was relived to finally get some professional advice and service!If you have an issue with your garage door you want to call these guys they know their business and they wont scam you like others in Kingston! Trust me, I should have called them first.Thanks a lot guys!
As a first-time owner of an electronic garage door opener I booked an appointment online instead of by phone when the remote did not work in spite of having spent 9 bucks on a new battery. Had I spoken with someone directly they might have suggested I check to see if the "lock" button was engaged. Instead they sent out not one, but two, guys with a new $45 remote and a spray can of lubricant, gave the rollers a few squirts, pushed the "lock" button to "off", handed me a bill for $180 for the 5 minute service call. To their credit they did respond quickly, next day service!
