Garage door making a weird noise and i got a recommendation from another contractor doing other work in my home. I called and got an appointment in a couple of days. Came promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired same day. No more noise. Peace and quiet again! Oh and affordable too.
We are so happy that we found this company for our garage door needs! We called on a Saturday and Karen answered right away and helped us with what we needed which was to install a new garage door motor. Other companies we called before this one would just transfer us to an answering service center because it's the weekend. We were immediately scheduled for as soon as Monday. They, the owners Felix and Karen, arrived on time and very prepared for the job. They are so nice, so professional, and very knowledgeable about their job. It made the experience a smooth and great one. They explain everything and work together to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. They clean up after themselves and take away all the garbage so that was very nice.They go above and beyond to make their clients happy and satisfied with their service. They are just a phone call away as Karen always answers the phone immediately. If you need and want great service, don't hesitate and just call right now. For some reason they get 5 stars reviews including ours! We will definitely recommend them to everyone. This company deserves it!
Felix advised us of his ETA which was well within the window we were given. As a matter of fact all the work was completed within the arrival window span! He was courteous and gave a full explanation and price quote and answered all questions posed. We are totally satisfied with the work he did.
