I've never had a problem with my garage door for 20 years. Last year the motor went out and I needed a new one. I was referred to this company, and it has been a nightmare. Over the last 10 months, we have had to have a technician come out at least once every 2 months for a different problem. They actually had the audacity to say after the first visit that our garage door is too heavy for the motor they installed and I had to fight them tooth and nail to get it covered. WHY is it my fault you installed a motor that is too weak for my door. I just had an issue last week which is now the 5th TIME they have come!!! we have had them come out and they said a switch in the motor was faulty and they would come to replace it. It is now 3 days past the scheduled install and no word from them. When I called they said they technician is out of town and they had no idea about my issue. This company is so disorganized and they install the cheapest parts and wait till you are out of warranty so they can charge you. I wish I could go back in time and never have called them.
