Woke up at 3:30am to a busted spring and an inoperable garage door. Not having a preferred vendor for this work, I went to Google. Good day was the highest rated so I waited until 6am to make a call and see about availability to repair today. A service call was quickly scheduled to be onsite from 11-1pm. Received a call from Ori that he’d be onsite around 9:10am to assess and ultimately make the repair. By 10:15am my garage door was back in operation, service was paid for and ready for the day. Exceptional service, Ori was very knowledgeable about the issue. He gave me over 5 options to pick from ranging from basic repair to full garage door replacement. Didn’t push one option over the other but said given the 14yr age of our door, replacing the mechanical parts and rollers would definitely give me years more out of my door. He also found a piece that had been modified by the original installer that could have cause the door to collapse unexpectedly and replaced it. Took a chance based on Google ratings and it was a smart one. Would definitely recommend Good Day garage door repair and Ori’s team to anyone who has a garage issue!!
Great garage door company. I shopped around and got 3 quotes from 3 garage door companies in the Knoxville area. Good Day Garage Doors had exactly what I wanted and for the best price. And it wasn’t even close. Other companies had the cedar door I wanted but for outrageous prices. I thought I was going to have to compromise and get another style door. I’m thankful I called Good Day Garage Doors bc they made it possible. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and all around great to work with. The install went smooth and looks great.
I chose Good Day because of the positive reviews and they offered after hours service. I appreciated Ryan being straight to the point and informative. He replaced literally every part in 2 hrs. I felt the price was fair and honest. Also the unit installed is quieter than my old unit.
