I recently had work done on my garage door. When opening my garage door, a piece fell off and hit my sister in the head. Thank goodness it was a small piece. Nonetheless, my garage door stuck and would not move. This happened around 4ish pm. I called and Braden was dispatched. Not only did he fix the issue from the pin falling out , he also completed the task the previous tech (who is no longer with the company) was to come back and finish. He did a fabulous job. I would have him out again!!

Explained concerns he was seeing and present wide range of options that could help our aging door. We were impressed and afterwards felt like made a good friend. He had a great attitude and it was obvious that he took pride in his work and his employer. Im in sales; customer service and honesty are more important to me than just “getting a job done.” I appreciated his professionalism and the explanations of everything he did, and why he had to do certain repairs. Its not every day that you shop for garage door repair businesses. I appreciated that I called A1 and A1 is who showed up! Many companies I learned, sub their work out and it was a disasterous experience, prior to finding A1. A1 Garage Doors has their own employees.
