Precision Garage Door of Austin (Dripping Springs)

I paid Precision Garage $1800.00 3 weeks ago. My garage door will not open or close properly this evening. It happens to be a Friday evening and I’m not a happy camper because the general manager told me they were short employees. I will find someone that I can trust next time

I called Precision Garage Door and requested a bid on a new door. Salesman and technician, Billy Tackett, came to my house the same day exactly when he said he was coming. I could even track his location as he made his way to my house. He studied the job and was not intimidated by this old heavy door that I wanted to preserve if possible. He gave me a bid by that evening for a garage door opener. 3 days later he installed it himself after a lot of work in 98 degree heat. It works great. He saved both my door and my back. The BEST.
