After initially speaking with a sales representative, I was told he would get back to me, but I never heard back. I later contacted the establishment, and the representative informed me that she escalated the matter to a manager and would follow up with me. It has now been almost three months, and I still have not received any response regarding the quote.
The lack of communication and follow-through is highly unprofessional, especially for potential customers actively seeking service and willing to spend money.
