I never thought I'd gush about a garage door company, but here we are. Our large garage door was not shutting well and they came out within one day of calling for an appointment. The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a quote with no pressure to buy. We decided to go ahead with the repair and again, service was prompt and perfect. Awesome experience from beginning to end. They worked me in today and when the technician was on his way I got a text and an email showing his location, name and eta. Rick was really nice, quoted me a fair price to replace a broken spring (had them both replaced of course, they were 20 years old), had the job done quickly and I paid what I was quoted. No trying to sell me parts I didn’t need, none of that. Just friendly, decent people who know what they’re doing. Would highly recommend.
