Difficult to get their attention - either for a new door install or service. I went to their website and filled out a contact form -- no response. After a week I called them and got shunted to leave a voice mail - they still never got back to me. I moved on to a different company that answered to phone promptly and sent someone out quickly.

I’d like to report an easy experience with D&D Garage Doors, but it wasn’t. They didn’t measure our existing garage door properly, and subsequently ordered the wrong door. The technician arrived late to begin with, and didn’t bother to tell us they had the wrong door. They sat in my driveway and I got a call from the office with this news. They failed to communicate with us about when the new door would arrive, so we had to follow up closely with them. Upon installation, the technician informed us he didn’t have the correct hardware to install the door, delaying the process until the correct hardware was delivered from Orlando. Additionally, they failed to coordinate the take down of our mosquito screen to install the correct trim, so we had to wait for that technician to arrive as well. A 4-hr. job took 8 hours. We called the following day to pay the balance, and the balance was $748 more than the quoted price. They tried to pass on the increased price of the larger door they had to reorder! They adjusted this upon protest. The office staff was nice when I called for updates, but failed to return calls as promised. The salesman answered an email with an updated delivery date for the new door, but only because I sent a terse message to do so after the office didn’t return calls. We’re currently waiting for the city inspector to sign off on the installation. I’ve reached out to the salesman for an update on this as well, again with no answers. It doesn’t seem like the business runs smoothly, and they don’t communicate well. Honestly, I’d hesitate to recommend them.
I was extremely pleased with the service provided by D&D Garage Doors, they helped me out by squeezing me in prior to Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for to wear. My garage door opener was fully functional by Christmas Eve, which if anybody has moved before can appreciate having a functioning garage door.The installer was extremely professional and cleaned and did a great job of cleaning up all the mess when they were finished absolutely no inconvenience just providing great service and very friendly service. I would strongly recommend them to anybody looking for their service.
