Excellent Service! Junior replaced my garage door opener and programmed the Home Link in both cars. He worked fast and efficient and was very courteous. I am very happy with the service and how quiet my garage door opener works now.
Overhead door replaced my garage door several years ago but I feel the springs may need adjustment as my opener seems to be struggling. I called on Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday afternoon. I called their office Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 to get reassurance I was still on the schedule. The gentleman confirmed that I was. At 3:30 the technician called me and told me he just found my paperwork and the repairs would not be as scheduled. I assumed I would be his priority on Thursday and he said he would call me at 8am and let me know when he would be by. That never happened either so I called the office to let them know not to bother.
Horrible customer service! My wife spoke yesterday with Brittany and requested someone come out to give us an estimate on replacing our garage door with a new one. We were told that someone would be out to the house between 10 and noon. When the person arrived, I was standing outside waiting for what I thought was going to be a salesman turned out to be someone that still had on their pajama's bottoms and a dirty t-shirt. The person asked what he could do for me, I responded that I wanted an estimate for a new garage door, his response was "I don't do that". At this point I told him to leave, and I contacted the office. I was told that the salesman that usually handles this was out with a broken foot. Ok so why were we not told about this yesterday, that you would be sending someone out that looked horrible for a customer that wanted a new door. First impressions go a long way and you don't argue with the customer if I have a complaint. This company should re-evaluate it's uniform policy or issue them clothes that look professional.
We needed a new garage door and called Overhead Door of Polk County. Robert Doucette came out and talked with us, made some recommendations and showed us some options. We ordered our door and it was installed in a timely manner. My wife and I love our new garage door.
