Tyson was excellent. He arrived earlier than anticipated, did a thorough general inspection of my garage door system, and explained what he was checking in a clear, simple way. He also reprogrammed my fob quickly and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I’m really impressed with the service I received today. Tyson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to lubricate the springs and every necessary component, and the difference is night and day. The door is finally smooth and quiet. Tyson came to fix my garage door which was stuck. Both springs had snapped. Tyson was very polite and replaced the springs and tested the door in a little more than an hour. His service was excellent. Capable One was polite on the phone and very responsive. I'm very happy with them and would recommend them.
Farai and the team at Capable One are all lovely and wonderful people to work with. Our home is 6 years old and when our garage door broke, Elena in the Office was super helpful when taking our initial call and getting the proper service needed. Capable One was quick to “diagnose” the garage door issue and were able to quickly get the job done. Farai was super speedy, personable and a real professional at getting the job done quick and properly. Loved that they called us in advance before coming over and were very polite, friendly and helped our family get our families cars back into the garage as quick as possible. Very affordable and good quality work. Thanks to Farai and Elena and the rest of the Capable One Team who helped our family. Will definitely use their services again in future; should we require door repairs in the future.
