First off I just want to say that it was a pleasure to meet Kenny the technician that was sent out to solve my predicament. He did a fantastic job in fixing my issue with the garage door. He was very informative and explained what was happening in regards to solving the problem and what needed to be done. He also suggested that a new spring would be beneficial due to the weight of the door. He also showed me that the traveller will soon need to replaced as well. I like to think of myself as a proactive type of person, so this information is truly much appreciated. Bernie.
