Excellent from initial contact throughout experience. For price of the new remote (higher than one from Walmart), Adam delivered the remote and programmed it to work with the garage door opener motor. He showed me how to pair the remote to the opener which was a bit tricky because of the pairing button being hidden. Cost of services included with remote. Adam was great.
Cedric was here to replace a panel in my large double garage door and he was exceptional. was working alone and went about his duties with great efficiency. He definitely knew what he was doing and how to do it even without any help. He was on the ball and courteous as well as being extremely efficient. I had questions from time to time about the process and he was more than willing to give me the correct answers to what I needed to know. I've been doing business with Dover doors for the last three or four years now and have yet to find any of their employees that wasn't on the ball. I would give them more than the 5 stars if I could.
We had our overhead garage door opener replaced and received excellent service from Adam, the technician. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He demonstrated how it worked, helped me with the app and helped me program my car remote. This company gives outstanding service at an affordable price. Would recommend them to anyone!
Steve and Mike installed lots of windows in my great room (17' tall wall), which have been leaking for some time. It was challenging due to the wall being out of plume and past water intrusion. They did a great job with installing the windows and matching the existing conditions of the house. Trim work was challenging, and they did a great job. They went above and beyond to make me happy.Cole was the salesperson and worked with me on past projects along with this one. He communicates well, and answers all me questions in a timely manner. Terrific job guys!!
