Caleb was punctual & explained everything that needed to be done to repair our garage door after I hit it with my while trying to leave. He was kind and professional. He was even patient when he had to wait for me to answer the door so I could move my indoor kitties to a safer spot. & for being such a big guy, he has the most polite, softest knock, lol. Will definately use this company again & ask for Caleb, he’s the best!

What a great experience it was working with Ingstrup! Charlie was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating when coming out to our home to give us a quote. Not only was it a great price but the entire job went extremely smooth from start to finish! Charlie and Jake did a phenomenal job with the installation and were both personable and professional; I would highly recommend this company for garage door installation!
Charlie was amazing from start to finish. He helped us design the door and didn’t pressure us. He was polite and patient with a couple of old people. The door arrived exactly when he said it would and he installed it the very next day. His helper Alex was also top notch! We will never hesitate to call Ingstrup for service or recommend Ingstrup to family and friends.
