Polo's Garage Doors

I had a great experience with Polo’s Garage. Polo came out to repair my garage door, replaced the parts that needed attention, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left. What I appreciated most was his professionalism and honesty, the fee he originally quoted was exactly what I paid, with no hidden or surprise charges. It’s refreshing to find a business that provides quality work and stands by their word. Highly recommend Polo’s Garage to anyone in need of garage door service in Laredo.

Polo’s Garage Doors is fantastic! Polo came to my home and, in less than an hour, had my garage door back on track. He was professional, prompt, affordable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely use his services again and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of garage door repairs.

Called and within an hour he returned my call. I explained the issue with the opener and was at home shortly after. Very knowledgeable and professional on his part. New exactly what the problem was and repaired it with no problem. Definitely would recommend. Thanks

Excellent, speedy, and professional service at a great price point. What more can I say…I was extremely pleased with the fast service and quality of work. You should definitely give Polo’s Garage Doors a call for any garage door repair you may need.

Polo’s Garage Doors was the only person here in Laredo who 1) called be back, 2) answered all my questions over the phone before booking an appoint and 3) gave me a very reasonable quote. He asked me if I had a 7’ or an 8’ foot door to which I didn’t know the answer. After giving him my address he went to my house and measured the door to make sure. We set a 9:00 appointment and he showed up 15 mins early and went straight to work and was done by 10:00. Polo’s Garage Doors was very professional, programmed everything and ensured I knew how to operate everything before he left. If you’re looking for someone to service or buy and install a garage door, I would highly recommend him. If I could have given him 10 stars I would have. I can’t recommend him enough!!!
