He came out to my house very quickly and replaced my garage door springs professionally and efficiently. He also lubed the wheels and other parts at no extra charge and the garage door is quieter.
Our house is a 2016 D.R. Horton, and ever since we moved in the garage door seemed not quite right. Last Thursday (today is Tuesday) one of the the 2nd and 3rd panels were out of alignment at the hinge on the left side of the door. I immediately disconnected the opener and called Jebel, who had come out before when the right side was off the rail because the right side spring had broken. Well this time it was the left side spring that had broken. Jebel came out Friday midday and walked me through his assessment, the worst of it was the door was ripping like a tin can where the garage door opener attached to top middle of the door. This was likely caused by the opener working so hard when the springs were not assisting with the weight of the door. He said he could reinforce the door, but it would be ugly and it would likely not last with the damage to the door. (Mind you, it wasn't terribly deformed but the metal was torn through the flanges which is where the strength of the structure comes from). The other option was to replace the door all together. We opted for that, he was able to find a replacement insulated door that met our needs. He installed it Monday, my neighbor came by and commented how nice it looked and how quickly Jebel had done the job. Even more, he went above and beyond: remember how I said the door looked like it never fit right, so much so that as the old door came down, the left side was visibly closer to the ground, at least an inch, than the right side. Well after installing new rails and leveling them, he decided to grind the concrete down so the opening would be level at no extra charge. Now the door closes evenly AND WAY MORE QUITELY than the old one ever did. He was quick, honest, and efficient. The kind of work that would've impressed my Grandpa!
My garage door torsion spring broke friday night. The next day, I tried calling a few garage door repair companies in town but most of them are closed for the weekend. Sunday morning, I found garage door solutions on google and gave them a call. Jabel answered and was able to accommodate my problem. I sent him pictures of my garage door and he gave me a reasonable quote. Also, he told me he can come the afternoon to get it done. He showed up as said and fixed the broken spring in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful about basic maintenance and safety of my garage. Jebel was fast, professional, informative, and knowledgeable. He arrived at our house same day (less than 2 hours), and explained to me what he was going to do, why he was going to do it, and what caused the problem. Once everything was fixed, he serviced the rest of the door and let us know ways to service our door throughout the year. The price was definitely reasonable! I would recommend him for any garage door needs!
I called and told Jabel what my problem was.He asked me to send him pictures which I did.I expected him to make an appointment in the near future but he told me he was coming out that very day. He had my garage door working beautifully in about 30 min.He installed a new rail and bottom seal and replaced all the old noisy wheels. It was awesome!
