Had issues with our shop door, found out Overhead door was open again (under new management) LOVE THEM! They were able to help with our shop door in a timely fashion; they were prompt with the service call as well. Technicians were polite and friendly. Will absolutely use them all the time now for our garage door needs.
Customer service is non-existent. Currently the number listed in the profile is out of service. I've been trying to get a warranty issue handled for over 2 years. I guess they just want customers to move on and pay someone else to handle their failures.
I was able to get next day sevice for a complete hardware replace. They showed up when they said they would and were super professional. Hardware replacement was explained every step of the way leaving decisions to us. Prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend them.
I had this great idea that I could make a slight adjustment to the cable tension so the door would be level…yeah, that wasn’t a great idea after all. ?? So I checked Google search for an overhead door company to fix what I had, uh…”fixed”. Overhead Door Co has an appropriate name for the desired service, so I gave them a call. They answered the phone promptly, listened to my predicament without laughing ?? and sent a tech out very promptly. The tech fixed everything up, and it’s been perfect since! The charges were fair and reasonable, and we are super pleased with Overhead Door Co of Las Cruces, and as a real estate broker, I would not hesitate to recommend them to my clients.
