This excellent review is long overdue. We would give 10 stars if we could. All Garage Door Pros is the only garage door company we would trust to do any Garage related issues. We had an unexpected emergency that day due to the unexpected spring explosion. We weren't able to close the garage door and it was half way open. We kinda freaked out. We called around but luckily we got a hold of Jay from All Garage door pros. Jay responded in a calm manner. He was able to put us at ease and he showed deep empathy. He showed up within a few hours, ready to fix our problem. He explained what happened, how he can assist, what our available options. He was informative, resourceful, professional and honest. He didn't pressure us or tried to upsell any unnecessary purchases. He provided professional advice with our best interest in mind. His pricing is so affordable and very hard to beat. He genuinely wanted to help us. Within hours, our garage door was fixed. The next day, Jay came back as scheduled and installed a new motor for double garage door and also installed a new single garage door spring mechanism. He also moved our old motor from the double garage to the single garage as part of the packet. He performed his work with pride and excellence. He showed dedication, commitment and passion for what he does. He truly cared for his workmanship. We felt so fortunate to have Jay did the job for us. All Garage Door Pros are outstanding ! I called the office this afternoon and Mark arranged for Justin to come over. He stated that Justin would come over within the hour which he promptly did. In my opinion Justin is amazing. He focused on the issues I needed to have addressed. The first was the problem I had with the garage light remaining on after the door is closed. Justin changed to light bulbs to the more appropriate type and that immediately solved that issue. The second issue was to find a compatible remote. This was resolved by Justin. I have found the perfect team to help with any garage door issues and am glad to highly recommend All Garage Door Pros to my family and friends . 10/10 in my evaluation !
