Our garage door was screaming for help, l thought just a lube would fix it and was shocked when a complete new door was recommended at a price much higher than we were prepared to pay. Dalton gave us some suggestions to repair instead, at what seemed like a very reasonable cost. He replaced the parts & the noise is barely noticeable. This was my Second time calling Precision For Garage Door Repair. The first time was after my Spring Broke and this time was due to my garage not wanting to close. Precision responded quickly both times. they sent a Very good professional to my home and the issue was resolved. He accurately diagnosed the issue as LED bulbs in my Chamberlain garage opener interfering with the Wi-Fi signal to my remote—something other companies completely missed. Instead of trying to upsell or push unnecessary repairs (which I’ve unfortunately experienced with other garage door companies), Christopher was honest, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He also performed maintenance on the wheels, making everything run smoothly again. No pressure, no hard sell, no overcharging—just excellent service. I’m very happy I went with Precision garage door. Excellent service from customer service when I first called. Very responsive and quick with appointments. Charles who came out first and helped me get the doors ordered. He went over everything thoroughly. The two Roberts who installed were fantastic and also very thorough.
