While you say you deny that they did an innapropriate gesture, you just overlook the fact that they clearly did it, as you can see in the picture, and while i was able to pass eventually, it was really difdicult to do, so your employee clearly giving the finger to people, and you just denying it, even as you can see in the picture. In other word, it is 100% normal for your employee to do so and you clearly do not care about them doing soLike the normal thing to say as a company is to apologise for how your employee behaved, to discipline him that they clearly cannot mock client and give them the finger, and apologize to the client. Thats it. Not deny that it happened when you have the proof right there.
Not professionals. Test door opening system, declared reciver / transmiter defective. Proposed to change reciver includinb 132 new remonts controls for 5000 to 6000 dollars. In reality needed replace old antena and wrong cable instaled by them previously. Total cost 60 dollars materials and 1 hour job.
Up to the sale the service was good .I was not pleased the installer he did not explain anything and could not ask questions . He said read the manual. But he was.not shy to ask for water .Headoffice is senting me account statement months later .I owe no money and they were supposed to fix that issue 2 months agoand got another email today owe money with account statement attached ???
I made an appointment with this company and after 1 day I have canceled this appointment. Their policy is to withdraw the money from the account at the time of the call ... that's fine for me ... but because I canceled the appointment, they have to return the money.I have 10 days since I am trying to get my money back and I am not able to contact a knowledgeable person who can help me.I called their department which takes care of refund requests, left 3 messages and spoke with 2 operators and it was impossible to have my money back.Maybe that they provide a great service but the customers service skills is completely missing.
