On the day of my appointment, they even texted me the name & picture of my technician as well as a small description of what his hobbies are & what he enjoys to do on his free time!! WOWWWWWW, I was impressed. Bryan was my technician & he was on time, professional, very thorough & pleasant to speak with. Zachary was professional and polite. He was very neat and organized. He arrived on time and explained how every thing worked and what was needed. I hired this company for a garage door opener installation only. The house came with the garage door. This issue I had was the fact that during my initial installation inspection I was not informed of missing hardware on my garage door that would be crucial for the opener. So on the day of installation I expected to pay one price but had to pay more because the hardware was crucial. This is not Zachary’s fault and he was very understanding of my frustration of having to pay a hefty amount
